  • Requirements review

    We turn the specification into electrical figures: supply range, load profile, duty cycle, interfaces, environment. Most documents are missing at least one, and it is cheaper to find out now.

  • Hardware design

    We take a requirement — or an existing board — through schematic, layout and component selection to a production-ready design. That includes revising boards already in the field.

  • Embedded firmware

    Firmware is written by the same team that designed the board, so hardware faults are not debated across suppliers. We also migrate existing firmware to current platforms.

  • Industrial software and connectivity

    Boards rarely stay isolated. We build the web-based panels used to configure and monitor them in service, and add remote connectivity to products that are already installed.

  • OEM production

    The design does not stop at a file handover. We carry it into production, which is where design decisions are either confirmed or paid for.

  • Component obsolescence

    When a part reaches end of life, the question is how far the change reaches. A drop-in alternate touches nothing; a different controller touches the timing, the thermals and the firmware.

  • Product improvements

    New requirements rarely justify a new product. Connectivity can be added to a design already in production; firmware can be moved from STM8 to STM32 while keeping the existing behaviour.

Settled before the first schematic.

A completed project is handed over as a package, not as a working board. What belongs to you, what is licensed and which sources are delivered are agreed before the work starts.
