What we collect

Contact form: the name, company (optional), email address and message you submit.

Server logs: technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access, created automatically when the site is served.

Analytics: aggregated usage data via Google Analytics 4 — only if you accept analytics cookies.

Why we process it and the legal basis

Contact form — to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, take pre-contractual steps at your request. Legal basis: your consent and/or the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Server logs — to operate the site securely and prevent abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics — to understand how the site is used and improve it. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics 4 runs only after you accept it in the cookie banner. Until then, and if you decline, no analytics scripts or cookies are loaded (Google Consent Mode, default denied). IP addresses are anonymised. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Hosting

This website is served from infrastructure operated by the controller. Access logs are used only for operation and security.

Sharing and international transfers

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

If you accept analytics, Google may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Enquiries you send reach our own info@novusmax.com inbox. Our email service provider transports and stores that message for us, as a processor acting on our instructions.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any reasonable follow-up, then deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the configured Google Analytics retention period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the EU/EEA) or, in Türkiye, with the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu) after first applying to us.
